Owner/Stylist
Licensed since 1998 , Melissa worked at Looking Unique Salon & The Elegant Touch Salon before taking a 4 year break from the industry. Realizing hair is her passion she joined Victor’s Top Notch Salon where she continued to rebuild her clientele, grow & received her Instructor’s License in 2009. In July of 2011 Studio Hue Salon’s doors were open and her passion for the industry continues to grow with an amazing team of friends, family and coworkers for support! Specializing colors, highlights, blowout and head shape with skills in both men and women!
Chasidy
Long
Stylist
Licensed since 1997, Chasidy worked for Fantastic Sam’s for 16 years while spending 10 of those years as a technical advisor for the company. Ready to make a change she joined Studio Hue Salon as an independent stylist in November of 2016! Chasidy enjoys doing all kinds of hair from mens fades to vivid colors!

Holland
Stylist
Licensed since 1995, Shawn started her career at Wild About Hair for the first year, then making a move to Fantastic Sam’s where she stayed for 8 years, with 4 of those as salon manager. Her next position was working for JC Penney where she stayed for 11 years, with the last 5 years as the salon manager. This position allowed her to win a trip to California for Big and Sexy training conference before deciding to join Studio Hue Salon’s as an independent stylist in August of 2014!
Jerri Lynn

Hair is it!! I had no idea after high school where i would end up! Wanting to be an artist and knowing I would probably starve!
So off to be an accountant I went and hated it. I had a passion for colors and this is where it all began. 27 YEARS AGO! Graduated cosmetology school in 1994 from Penn State Cosmetology! Passing my exam with flying colors scoring 98 on my test! Started working at Regis out of beauty school and formulating for Logics! Went over to Touch of Class Day Spa. Then in 2004 moved to Arizona. Started working at the color bar and loved doing hair transformations. From there moved to White Lake Michigan in 2010 where I started working at JCP, I have recently moved to Owosso where I landed my job at Studio Hue and AM loving everything about it! I’ve been a master colorist for over 20 years and I am ready to enhance all your hair needs!

Gross

Licensed since 2008 Susan briefly worked at Fiesta until a positioned opened up at Fantastic Sam’s where she had worked with some amazing women who helped her hone in on her skills as a stylist. After nearly 9 years Susan joined the team here at Studio Hue Salon and has been here since April of 2018 and is enjoying the flexibility of self employment! Susan specializes in pixies, mens fades and yep, the good ol” perm! Susan’s days are made great by making you, the client, look and feel your best!!

Dykeman

Licensed since 2006, Sara attended Excel Academy of Cosmetology in Lansing . Working briefly at Fantastic Sam’s in Lansing she then moved out West where she returned to school for an additional 500 hours of education at Fran Brown School of Beauty while working at JC Penney in Utah. Moving back to Michigan in 2009 she returned to Fantastic Sam’s as an assistant manager in Owosso from 2009-2018. Finally in 2018 Sara transitioned to an independent stylist at Studio Hue Salon where she loves doing all types of hair!

Dani Brock
Stylist
Licensed since 2007 Dani was born and raised in California, Married to a Marine and mother of three her family moved several times before settling in Michigan. In addition to experience with working at a salon she spent 3 years in a California barber shop before making the move to Studio Hue Salon. Dani specializes in crew cuts, buzz cuts, pompadours, side part, spiky hair, tapered fades and high tapered fades. Also enjoying highlight and vivid colors!
